That is usually the way it is done. You do the time, pay the restitution and then you get deported.

Hey there Puke Parc....Why didn't you tell the Harness forum that you spent time on this side.   I guess on the Harness side there were too many members that disliked you and since midgets like to be the center of attention you had no choice but to come over here.  Be advised that the thorough bred people are sharper than the harness people and they won't believe all the lies that you tell.  They're far from being the pigeons that you know and take advantage of.  Lots of Luck!
