 looks like defunding any source of enforcement members is the NEW NORMAL, why doesn't harness racing do the same?

Anything goes.... I know the crybaby gamblers on this site wont be for it
 because they cant pick winners in a 2 horse bugtussel like the purple loser, and have to have horses dq'd to smell a winner. 

The results should stand as posted on the Infield Totalizer Board... but the Mainiacs will cry about that cuz they have no infield tote board
