Another dead lame horse races again at Batavia

Batavia downs tonight, 4th race #1 decision day . Watching driver Kevin Cummings scoring him down before the race , dead  lame horse, skipping , head bobbing ,all over the place . Said to my buddy , this #1 horse is dead lame , how can not any of those judges see this. Horse goes off as heavy chalk, beating and banging on horse to grab the lead, coming off turn to the half , horse pretty much comes to a stop, absolutely horrible this horse was allowed to race , WTF is going on at that shithole !

It was sickening to watch .Why was Kevin Driving on that horse so hard ?Any one could see the horse wasn't going forward .It happens far too often.. State vet need to look into this

Racing has become a joke at Batavia. The drug abuse on horses is unbelievable. The state and the judges looking the other way. It's time to reach out to PETA. Horses come to die at Batavia Downs.

I reached out to the state vet via the usta still waiting for a response .The usta rep got back to me within 48 hours. These cheaters will cry unfair when PETA starts to investigate.Remem ber the biggest abuser is" Teflon Torcello" . The place is empty and the handle is a disgrace . Does any one know the fate of the two horses the went down in the third racc or the driver Dowse ? The chindano horse didn't look good right before it ran.

Those 2 horses got up on their own , chindanos horse , the poor thing was just tired , was parked 3 wide to the qtr pole,eventually grabbing the lead then thefield started to go by him up the backstretch and chindano started asking the horse for more, eventually breaking then falling. Chindano just sends and guts every horse every week. That horse was parked last week at the meadowlands,you think this week he would sit with him , nope send him and gut him again ,  chindano is a fucking moron !

thanks for the info, just  matter of time before chindano gets someone hurt he took two horses to the meadowlands 10/17 Sat . gutted  both. I hardly go  to Batavia anymore and used to never miss a night.Buff. wont be much better too bad tioga is such a drive
