Honestly with animal cruelty charges pending he shouldnt even be allowed to race pending resolution. And thats the the one they could prove. Prosecutors too ignorant or too lazy to go dig out the bodies of dead neglected horses hidden on that farm. Fucker too cheap to even have them hauled away.
