What a rambling, monotone speech.   If they had one iota of proof of election interference, it would have been presented in court.  Instead, he lost every court case that challenged the election results.  Dozens of them.

His overall approval rating is a pathetic 37%.  More importantly, his Independent approval rating is in the mid 20s.
