Just take a couple of minutes to look-up the drugs that were found in horses recently! The two that caught my eye are Phenacetin and Cathinone! These are synthetic derivatives of hard core narcotics. I don't know how anyone can expect to improve or maintain the performance of the horses treated by these "Chemist " Trainers?! Claiming horses these days is truly a "roll of the dice" more than ever. When your recently acquired horse go from winning to barely keeping up, it's too late! Anyone who is caught with the synthetic drugs of this nature should be "banded" for at least one year IMO!
