The couple times Ron Burke got suspended did anything change  No.  The stable just went into his brothers name and it was business as usual .    Why should the Engblom situation be any different ?    Have to agree with Gural on this one, the punishment is definitely excessive.    The NJRC are lucky that they even have jobs with the lousy job they’ve done for years . They never did a thing about Jorge Navarro , Gural’s the one who put an end to him.  Navarro flaunted the cheating in their face for years and what did the NJRC do about it, the answer is nothing

Among other powerful substances, Oxy was found running through Mon Amor.
That is ridiculous and abusive. Oxy can not be given to horses. Period. Not by anyone.
The punishment is way too lenient. But horse welfare isn't very important at the Meadowlands

Navarro served jail time, had judgements entered against him, and has either been deported or is on his last leg fighting it. Sounds like a pretty good start to me. I'd like to see more of this.

What difference does it make?
Aren't we just going to see Petter Engbloom train?

I have an easy solution for that ive been presenting for years...
When a trainer gets a suspension he is not able to transfer more than 25% (the pervent can be moved, but definitely not more than 50%) to any one trainer
