What happened at the BIG M on Friday 4-25 ? Very odd??

The handle was very very low. Looks like only around $1.9.  Never saw it that low in 2025. Was it the lowering of the drag?  The track can't absorb this type of decrease. AND, it could get worse.  If CAW is restricted to only bet up to the 2-minute mark, the handle will drop even more.  If it does, they will have  to eliminate the changes.  They can't run a business with such losses

This will be their obvious reason for going back to a 7-minute drag, but if CAW is still cut off at the 2-minute mark you won't see much of an improvement in their overall handle.

Hate to say it but Meadowlands just isn't what it once was.  Friday card IS AWFUL!  Bad drivers and bad horses.  One look at the card last night and was like no way would I play one race.  If they don't card better races this track won't survive.  And now no Per..and I believe there will be more to come who get busted.  Takter being one of them.  Alagna has been chill...laying low.   Doping trainers are more at Yonkers and Saratoga where they get away with it.  Meadowlands is more strict with testing.
