One more question from Gulfstream

Gulfstream canceled the remaining card after Race 6. Race 7 started the Rainbow 6 that had a MANDATORY payoff estimated at $3 million. It was the last day of their Championship Meet. So, do they throw a $3 million party for everyone in the paddock?
