 Do people really think he isn't going to do the exact same over & over again?

I must apologize for my erroneous post as to why the Judges waited 3 months to charge Erv Miller with the very high tCO2 infraction.>46 TCo2 is 10 points over the limit---ie loaded to the gills-and not in the best interests of the horse.

Like a moron--i thought that the Judges were actually trying to catch more trainers who were cheating-so thats why they waited before announcing they actually caught a black box cheater..

What really happened-is that they allowed Miller to wait till the meet was over and have Miller serve his time in sunny Florida-while the trainers who didnt cheat--are up North freezing their arse off.

The cronyisms at Yonkers and other places of Harness racing and Drug Labs-is rampant ,alive and out of control.IMHO

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.
