I'm guessing smaller pools for the only Friday afternoon post for the Meadowlands (but Turf racing wanted 7:00pm for their closing card)

Good Luck To All

moving forward give Breeders Crown to Mohawk where they can run the elims at night so most of us can watch it then. Plus Canada gives useful Free PPs.
It's a complete joke they didn't move their flats post to the afternoon to cater to BC Elims

Don’t like the afternoon - especially on a Friday.  Think it will be very low energy.

Very curious how the track plays.  I don’t like that the BC is the first real card for this meet - felt dead last week for the qualifiers.

Eliminations are good for watching ONLY to find horses that are racing for a spot in the finals.  The ones finishing 3 thru 5 that are moving forward.

Criminal drive by Louis Roy in the 3rd - all the favorites and speed to the inside and you bomb from the outside with a 55-1 shot to a 53 half.  Must have got some pointers from McClure on the way down

2yo fillies are going 53.1 to the half and pacing as fast as aged male pacers

and people wonder why its a dead game and seems like most years the top 2 yo filies is cooked by age 3 see Geocentric and Niki Hill

Warkentin needs a memory check.  He just said four times that Captain Optimistic is now the fastest 2 year old in Meadowlands history.  Fastest colt yes, but two hours ago a 2 year old filly went faster and is the fastest 2 year old, not the colt.

Most people who go to The Meadowlands go for the FanDuel Sportsbook.
