Listed here is how the bottom class is currently written.

You have young horses racing against seasoned horses with fast times to boot!

Thoughts and input please!

My first thought is that they are having trouble finding entries. I have seen some similarly weird races at Harrahs Philly with horse combinations that appear blatantly unfair, but they did not involve 2 year olds. Personally I would not be entering a 2 year old in this particular race.
Don't delay, Coggins today!

I just looked at the race program from weds for race 9, there was no 2 yr olds racing in this race, the youngest in this race was 5 years old.

Probably a 4 year old n/w of 2 against aged horses.  Tough road to go if n/w of 2.
