no luck at all.Spoke to Irv directly. Asked why the horse he was selling seemed to be running in on the turns, Said "the driver just got his license" "He's perfectly sound" Asked any issues. Said none. I was cautious. Someone else bought the horse and couldn't get around even 5/8 turns. Raced 4 times and then the horse disappeared. OUCH!!!!

would you buy a used car without taking it for a test drive or at the very least seeing it in person ??

I was in the car business for many years and I bought cars on auctions from hundreds of miles away.  I bought off people who I felt were honest and seldom got burned.  I just bought a mare on preferred after talking with trainer and owner.  I think they were pretty straight with me and I am looking forward to doing OK with her.

IF YOU ARE INTO GAMES OF CHANCE LIKE RUSSIAN ROULETTE FOR EXAMPLE, ERV MILLER HAS ANOTHER ONE FOR SALE ON ON GAIT TOMORROW (TUESDAY)  PUT FIVE IN THE GUN, SPIN THE WHEEL AND PULL THE TRIGGER.

It's always buyer beware. I knew a guy who liked one of his horses. He was not happy when a drug trainer claimed him. The guy always said never claim a horse off of this guy. Four months later the horse was on a downward spiral & back in for the same claiming tag. The horse was claimed back. Less than a month later the horse was lame. It missed four or five months. The horse was never the same & worth 60 % of the claiming price. He should have stuck to his guns & never claimed off that trainer.
Sometimes you get burned & that is part of the business. You can't let feelings be involved or get hurt.

Buyer beware is one thing.  Being defrauded by the seller using old pictures is quite another.

Always text when asking questions. Have the discipline to walk away when your questions go unanswered.
