Monday Monti -- didn't like anything so...
« on: April 29, 2024, 12:12:25 PM »
Watched last Monday replays - nothing stood out except a trotter in Tuesday at Pocono  Race 6 #1, parked the whole mile at Monti last week, and kept trying to the wire. Tried leaving from  8 hole, was a little rough on turns, maybe the Pocono bigger track and cushion in this stepping up in class.

But May try at Saratoga
Race 8   #6, closed wide from last to first in a fast back half that made the long move even more impressive.

Race 12  #5, will be huge odds and only real like in back end of gimmicks. Started to make a move into the
super stretch, and the leader came to a walk  and he had to swerve to avoid and made up some
                     ground

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
