Wow SCM farm manager, realtor and tour guide dreamland

Way overpriced old and needs a lot of updating. This place is clean but way outdated. Probably built in late 80’s and it shows. I’d offer $1.5 M. SCM better watch out. Mark ford buys real estate places like this and has the backing to do so.

Doesn't matter to me, if the owner doesn't get her price she's keeping it. So what's your point? Oh I forgot, I have something to do with it. Tell Mark Ford he has to clean up the EPA wasteland in Wallkill first. And I know he HAD the backing for things like a farm purchase. Never his own money, just pigeons like Dinozzi. BTW, how is The Greatest American Hero doing?  ngc3

Dinozxi was really hurt in that spill. Haven’t heard much from him after. Seen him around but not good shape at all. Farm outside looks pretty nice but no way near worth anywhere near $5M. House and guest houses are all datedsnd need serious upgrades. Heck that alone would cost $2M. Just pull comps in the area and you’ll see it’s not worth anywhere near $5M.

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.
