Race 9 goes off. Race is over. Almost immediately, Gallassi says stewarts inquiry on horse inside pylons. That was 10 minutes ago. Tractors went around track twice. Nothing. Stewarts must have forgotten they put up the sign and went home.

Just ruled on it. Dropped 4th place finisher to seventh. Took a good 10 minutes.
