Little Brown Jug 3rd division

Are the heats not seeded? Why would you have the 3rd heat with 4 pretty nice horses. The 1st 2 heats look mediocre with the exception of Seven Colors.

Random three heat draws must continue.
If you seed 'em, you all but concede 3 races w/ 2.10 win or close payoffs.
Yawnnnnn.

SO..
LBJ exclusive new rule???

If you don't like your outside post draw in a heat, like the tough third heat Thursday, how about giving owner option to be in trailing spot if you so choose?

LBJ officials...some creativity kids.
mull that one over.
(i know..thats some crazy ass shit)

Should be a totally random draw.  No splitting trainers or owners . If A trainer has 5 in  and they all draw the same race, decouple the betting and race.

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.
