He's been beaten since that race.  By his one year older half brother Swayzee both out of the Art Major mare Lettucereason

This 4 year old Bettors Delight colt has won 23 of 30 and almost a million but I don't think he shapes up to Lazarus at the same point of their careers.  Lazarus had tougher competition too as I don't think there is anything too special down there right now.

Nice looking colt.  Would have to see more races before I made an opinion on him.  He might not do in US just because of the way he's trained for the distance.  Most Aussies can't cruise at high speed for a mile.  There great for the last 3/8 but to go :27 :27 :27 then :26 they just can't except for the rare few.....

Not last night he was. The only mare in the richest race in world wins. Captain Treacherous Mare Encipher runs him down

That race was their answer to the Mohawk Million only for pacers.  You had to have paid for a bid to get in.  Leap to Fame is certainly the best 4 yr old colt down there.  The other two stars Catch a Wave and The Lost Storm were way down the track.

Wonder how long before Pollucci puts a offer in to try to get the mare over here?


By the way that link I posted a few replies ago on this thread automatically gets updated whenever that horse races so you can use it to see that big money race now. It also can be used to see the entire PPs of every horse in that race and on that card, and all the cards the horse(s) ever raced in.
