The CHICAGO BEARS just coughed over the 324 million to CHURCHILL DOWNS this morning. The ARLINGTON PARK property is now theirs. Wreckin ball and demolition crews comin soon. Me wonders if they will demolish old TRACKSIDE. Me guess is YES.

Purchase price was less than 200 million, you might be thinking acreage.  Those wrecking crews will be delayed by the City of Chicago Governor Fatass, or maybe I should say the rebuild will be delayed for 10 years.
