How is this relevant to Lucien passing away?

Loosh worked for Clint Hodgins when he came to the US. Don't know where Haughton comes in.

I still hear Gil Levine's call with Forrest Skipper & Hothead. I was down by the winner's circle watching that race, and nobody was sure who had won it because of the angle we were on. The whole place went crazy when Gil said Hothead's coming to him, but it wasn't meant to be. RIP Lucien!!

LeVine was a terrible announcer. Only kept the job because he rattled out Brian Pelling. I don’t know of one person who ever thought Gil was a good announcer. Below average at best. He was no Scott earlick.

"Loosh" often drove for Buddy Regan back in the day at Roosevelt and Yonkers.  They sure had a way of waking up horses off-the-claim!

Well I liked his calls and know many people who did. He had fun, and just had that voice that was perfect for calling races.
