Very threatening black stretch limousine parked just down street from my property last night. Inconspicuous except for the white capital lettering on side spelling "CARTEL". Driver resembled Ruddy Giuliani in a clown mask.

They paid a consolation DD, Pick Five is a straight refund.

Fog should be lighter by 9:00, if they restart races will go quickly, I believe they have to finish racing by 12 due to Covid restrictions.

My guess was timing issue as saw notes. Otherwise odd to cancel 2 legs. The only horse I was going to bet just to win was 8 in third.

I believe when the horses were given Lasix has a lot to do with the canceled races??
