Miami Valley Gaming O.S.R.C. 3769-18.01(B)(4)(d) Trainer DALE LONEY is hereby fined the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and issued a full suspended sixty (180) days from May 22, 2020 through November 17, 2020 (inclusive) for violation of OSRC Rule 3769-18-.01(B)(4)(d). Blood Sample #872513 tested by the Analytical Toxicology Laboratory at the Ohio Department of Agriculture on March 3, 2020 showed a concentration of TCO2 at 39.0 +/- 0.6 mpl, which exceeds the O.S.R.C. regulatory threshold of 37.0 mmol/L. In addition, TARAGON is disqualified from seventh and placed last. During the period of this suspension Mr. Loney is denied access to all grounds under the jurisdiction of the O.S.R.C. Furthermore, during the suspension Mr. Loney may not transfer any horses under his care over to another trainer without permission of the judges or executive director at the OSRC
