What cut of pork you use for the steak?

The other day I smoked a 15 lb pork picnic roast... 11 hours.... absolutely wonderful.

I'll have to ask the wife. tmbz1

I love a pork roast too. tmbz1

She made some BBQ pulled pork a while back that was heavenly. 11.chrz
