because its a racetrack and its beyond just music if u have ever been on the 2nd floor when its BLASTING. ITS a club!!!! incredible sound system. next time its happening go see how many people are sitting on the second fllor next to the black curtain. come on .get real. and you also said they did not force everyone onto the 1st floor. REALLY? what track were you in? lastly only the right side was closed off/ what else is there? the horsemans bar and outside? wtf
