Monticello Wacky Wednesday

7 race card highlighted by 2 Amateur Trots carrying the biggest purses....

Last week amateur events were a hoot with a driver moving his hands on the third turn, horse made a break and then couldn't control him as he galloped past the field inside the cones. Cyclone Maximus is not back in this week.

Race 1   #2 Everyone Talking --- left from 6 hole and got stuck behind the 5 who tried to leave and instead of the taking the three hole, backed up all the way to last and taking the 6 with him. Recovered after poor start to finish an easy 5th --- The race on the whole last week was a train wreck.

so far -- that's it for today
