Don't give me the too much cost bullshit excuse because the tracks, purse accounts, and state are flush with money.  12 or 24 hours (preferred) greatly reduces the effects of most pre races with the exception of Epogen/epo.  A few of the big name Ohio sire stakes stables are putrid out of detention.  Why are they protecting the chemists?
