Monticello - Thirsty Thursday
« on: March 07, 2024, 10:38:24 AM »
Play my selections --- you may need a drink !   11.chrz

Race 1   #7   part of the wreck/no contest race... made up a LOT of ground

Race 2   #5   Made a strong first up middle move against the 2-5 favorite, held on for place

Race 4   #2   Was a bet back from last week, rode the rail from the 5 hole, little effort

Race 5    #8  got a way last, closed with some interest - another bad post, small bet, probably a bet back next week

Race 8    #4  bad poisition for the entire race
#7  sat third in mile, winner got away on far turn, shook late but race was already over

Tom Merton sticking it to me.

Here are the next few

Race 3  7 win box 47  p3   47/12/12

Race 4  2 win box 12  p3  12/12/1

Race 5 win box 12  p3  12/1/5

Not feeling good about Monti right now. Seems like lots of predetermined conveyor belt llineups. Sort of like professional wrestling

No luck
race 1, was a monster coming first up from last and missing 3rd by a head

race 2, 4th over and behind a wall in the lane

it's alight -- both bet backs

Race 1   #7   part of the wreck/no contest race... made up a LOT of ground     raced very well missing 3rd by a head, bet back, nearlly impossible shot to reach the favorite on the lead, bet back

Race 2   #5   Made a strong first up middle move against the 2-5 favorite, held on for place  when he pulled he wound up 4th over and behind a wall in the stretch - betback

Race 4   #2   Was a bet back from last week, rode the rail from the 5 hole, little effort   so far, the best finish, and probably the most dissapointing race from my picks so far.... sat a two hole trip and no challenge

Race 5    #8  got a way last, closed with some interest - another bad post, small bet, probably a bet back next week

Race 8    #4  bad poisition for the entire race
#7  sat third in mile, winner got away on far turn, shook late but race was already over
