He probably made at least 300K in the race.  They guy is sharp!  Probably offshore.   Hit the max at all the outs. 

I imagine he even had 50K on the street in action.

9th race handle was $493,823.  Does Pocono or Chester do that on any card?  $2.1 million on 9 races with some refunds lowering the 8th race handle.
