Amateur races or fairs.  Fraser Downs in Canada allows 15 year olds to race in pari-mutuel races as well.

That explains it, Thanks

Meadowlands Friday 28th, 3rd race is a GSY, The 9 - GALACTIC GALLEON N finished last year with 10 or 12 straight wins & is 1 for 2 this year at 15, he has a decent chance to win again?

Wow....Dream Out Loud N   300th lifetime start at age 15.   21 wins last year,

 tmbz1 tmbz1 tmbz1 tmbz1

Thanks for correcting my mistake, (copied and pasted the wrong name) the 9 DREAM OUT LOUD N is the 15-year-old. My original post i named GALACTIC GALLEON N which is actually the 8 horse and a young 13 years old.

I guess they must intend to race him in the Amateurs? There's nowhere else to race him, but he was a damn ATM in 2021 and you'd thing he would be able to continue that..though I see he ran across the wire so maybe not.
