My buddy told me he became a car salesman and now works for an Equine Supplement company that claim they sell no banned substances..Glad to see he turned his life around..LOL!!  He gave a tease in his testimony that he fixed races and paid drivers to hold back horses...Wonder if he will name names?...Maybe he can collaborate with Larry Rolla on another book...LOL!

Cohen testified about another conversation with Fishman in which he complained that Frozen Pain worked great for some horses when they were racing in his stable but not so much other horses.

Cohen said the drug's inconsistency upset him.

“He said it was hard to keep it stable and to get good employees to make it,” the witness testified, referring to Fishman. “He said he was going to stop making it.

Poor Fucking Baby ---- was upset that the drug's weren't consistent and didn't work on every horse....
Wahhhhhhhh

Wonder if he had to prove which driver he paid off.  Will he have to show proof will this open up another can of worms

I would not think the Feds would invest in a race fixing scheme. But, you never know.

This is everything I thought harness Racing was and now we know it’s polluted more than anyone could have imagined.

The best part is he admitted to fixing races. Gets kicked out, and then they let him back in.

He said he paid the drivers for another guy. That guy has been doing this shit for over 40 years and it still goes on.

Still no comment from the useless trotting assn, race fixing now! I know that if you turn, you have to tell all you did, If you leave anything out the agreement is null and void. I would believe the feds know a lot more than any one thinks. Where is the integrity driven USTA, no comment

Cohen has been around for 20 yrs. You think he's the biggest name to testify? Who knows? We know they have these people on tapes, how do they deny it? Look at all the guilty pleas, you think they wanted to piss away a ton of cash when they know they can't win. Cut your losses and and make a deal. Lets see what the USTA, and the states racing commissions will do. Hope the ban them all forever.

Did you just wake up from a coma or are you new to racing. He's a degenerate like most harness carnies
