Bullshit call by judge Dave Maher taking down a horse that won by alot  as the favorite

Well some rules are good  but the judges are inconsistent

I've always liked the T-Bred ruling where they don't take a horse down based on "did not cost the runner a better placing".

Terrible idea. It would promote more aggressive/risky driving & put both horses & drivers at a greater risk than they already are.

Had a trotter takin down at hawthorne years ago won by 30 for pacing in the lane i guess he forgot his own gait
