On April 6, 2018, Mr. Teague issued check number 2466 in the amount of $200.00 payable to the New Jersey Racing Commission. Upon deposit, this check was not honored by Mr.
Teague`s financial institution due to insufficient funds. As a result, Mr. Teague is hereby fined the sum of $45.00 for violation of Racing Commission rule N.J.A.C. 13:71-1.21. Mr. Teague is hereby ordered to submit payment of $245.00, which consists of original payment, fine and returned check fee. This payment must be made by certified check or money order and is due no later than May 7, 2019.
