No!

Waste of 4 letters..D S O A

But maybe Hensley will step in and represent the horseman. Hopefully Not just worry about the insurance payments. Sal was an ok guy but really in my opinion did very little for the horseman.

Hensley is a good guy.  Hope he represents the horsemen well.  Sal was worthless!

I just wished they would have brought in new blood to represent the horseman instead of a person who worked for Dover Downs for many years and someone with a younger perspective and not already in bed with management.

Looks like the NW 1's that posted on this topic have non-competitive horses that can't compete at Dover  Or maybe they won't even let you in either.  The bonus program is fantastic, excellent insurance package, and the racing at Harrington and Dover is solid. Not many states have bonus programs like this.  All classes are available except maybe your Amish ones.

Number one ....I agree with Kirby's Ace......needed new blood and not related to previous management....... ........   and number two we are not discussing the racing program in Delaware and insurance......Pe rfect example of a pompous know it all on here with nothing better to do than belittle other's opinions

You started this topic hoping to get people to rip into the horsemen's group in Delaware. Unfortunately, the complainers spend their lives complaining and contribute nothing. So run for the board, bring your ideas with you and make changes.

what's wrong with having a nice relationship with the casino management? In some states the horsemen's group and the casino management can't stand each other and nothing gets done.  Not the case in Delaware. What's wrong with our purses, sire stakes, and bonus programs? We protect our own more than any jurisdiction.

You obviously have a gripe with Hensley. Have you spoken to him about your issues?

And probably the only state that allows Amicar.

and tests the people that paddock for drugs and alcohol. Not many other states do this. I have a good idea. if you don't like the management for racing and their board in Delaware- try racing at a different track or  MOVE
