Mark is doing great and having continued success. Even if a couple of things don't go his way, they are not especially significant. Pay a couple fines, support a few charitable  causes (which he already does) and live happily ever after.

I do feel badly for Dave Yarock who got caught in the middle of a dispute.  Old fella deserves better.  Or is it just coincidence who he happened to be with when things went poorly.
