It is why the cheaters keep cheating. The penalties are not severe and in many cases swept under the rug. Anyone remember Glaucine in NY and Gabapentin in Ohio? Both of those scandals resulted in nothing. Cheating equals winning and money. Why stop if nothing happens when you get caught?

Didn’t come from that Chinese supplement, they are just claiming it did.   Was never even tested.  They know it was given on its own and used that as an excuse.
