Whatever happened to Calhoun and Kole Hanover being a "thing"?

How did everyone miss this? For over two years there was clearly a thing going between Calhoun and Kole Hanover not long ago. The infatuation by Kole Hanover for Calhoun wasn't just obvious, it was embarrassing. The constant name dropping by KH for Calhoun "Andrew" at the time screamed a woman scorned. Thankfully I was able to find out what ended this storybook Horseplop love affair. Turns out one night Calhoun suggested KH give him a "Blumky". For those who are unfamiliar, this is when the female partner performs fellatio on the male partner while he's on the toilet taking a shit. Now make no mistake, KH was all for it except for one thing that finally pushed her over the edge. While this was happening, Calhoun was also eating a four piece meal from KFC...extra crispy. Which infuriated KH not only for being so selfish, but she couldn't tolerate hearing the crunching and crumbs falling in her hair. So there you have it. Proof of my assertions that Calhoun only worries about himself.
