Appeals court? What court would that be? He had an NJRC committee hearing last month and lost his appeal. If he were to take this outside the commission where he would have to file suit in the court of law and ask for an injunction.

I just finished reading this document. All I can conclude is that the license of star defense witness, Dr Fager, should have his license revoked. The defense of Engblom is total BS and the defense used nothing but smoke and mirrors defending their case. The proof is in the pudding. Tracks have been closing all over the USA and Canada. And the remaining tracks that continue to operate are devoid of bettors on site. Allowing these cheating trainers to continue to abuse their horses and cheat the public will lead to the sports extinction.
