To me, it's not piling on for a few reasons...

1.  Baffert simply will not take responsibility.  Will not acknowledge and move on.  Never.

2.  He's partners with people who will not let him take responsibility.  Look up SF Bloodstock.  I'll save you some time and tell you that is a George Soros company.  Soros also gives big $$$ to PETA.  So he's on both sides ... That smells bad ..There's no way SF cares if Baffert's suspended from CDI.

3.  Baffert gets paid largely in stallion shares.  There's some shady things that occur in that part of the business.  I don't know if Baffert's stinky on this but I'd be surprised if he isn't.

It doesn't matter if his horses run under Yakteen or whomever.  Baffert's getting paid.
