The current group in charge of drug testing couldn't catch a cold. How many years did the drugs flow at most tracks before it took the FBI to catch everyone. The ARCI is a joke with their phony allowable medication uses and withdrawal times. Funny how they only catch trainers on the drugs they say are allowed. HISA may not be the answer but for the business to continue to exist we need a new way of testing along with much harsher fines and suspensions.
