AND PITCH THESE BITCHES TO THE CURB?

WHICH TRACK WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE SHUTTERED?

PERHAPS HORSEPLOP CAN LEAD THE MARCH TO CLOSE UNDERPERFORMING TRACKS

HORSEMEN BETTER THINK ABOUT VOTING FOR BIDEN TO GET THERE NEXT HANDOUT

Great question. I would close the smallest handling track

Everything you need but paddock at spring garden ranch.  Oh, forgot, no people there either. If they were to:build, Lakeland would be the best location. Half way between Orlando and Tampa.

Florida doesn’t need a harness track. Nobody ever bets that’s crap. It’s known for breaking and training down the babies. Leave the training centers going but no need for a track. Get rid of Hawthorne here. Place is pathetic.

They need to have a track in South Florida and race during the day like the T-breds at Gulfstream.  They typically do 10 mil handle on a daily basis.
Please don’t ever compare gulfstream to a harness track. Pompano maybe handled 500k in its hey day. Florida is a great place to winter for babies and three year olds but that’s it. Florida harness racing has always sucked.

So, what harness track has a good attendance with a daytime card? Pompano drew a decent crowd with its product at night when the old dudes had few options.

Pompano was never a track that horsemen took serious. It’s been a shit hole since the 1980’s. Only good for training down your babies and then shipping to real track. Florida doesn’t need anymore pompanos. Keep the training farms and the horsemen are good to go. We know where to take our horses once springtime hits.
