The only upcharge is for shipping to ONT and a charge to get to sale and be at the sale to get the videos out to clients. I can't find the email for the cost. The only time I bought a thoroughbred with Team Valor Barry Irwin had a 5% charge above the yearling cost or the private purchase. Don't think the stable ever did that nor currently do.

AM was asked today at Delaware how many of his 150 horses covered their training bills this year and his answer was "not many" which is probably Pig Latin for NONE!!

well the three or so that made over $60k must have covered?? his answer seems fair and honest -

My Jazz wins the 4th and on the way back AM is so buzzy looking around to see if anyone is looking he runs right up the back of David Miller who was hopping off his horse. This clown is a liability and danger on the track.

relax pal - instead of your usual negative BS why not point out he looked over, seen the other horse on the run, left with a filly who doesnt normally cut it, wins, runs her bankroll up to circa $125k  (and basically took home $75k of $100k in purses today).
Give the guy a little credit - your comment about a liability on the track is BS

Real doc, I think your confused it wasn't what happened at the start or during the race it happened after the race was won. I didn't see it but heard Roger talking about it when the horses finished up more toward heading back to the backside. I'm sure that is what Iceman is referring to.

Also Real Doc, your math is off somewhat of the 106k in purses it's actually 39,500. Not 75k?

he is bound to have the odd good day

Maybe, maybe 3 made $60K so far but at the rate he charges I am not so sure that $60K covers their bills and if all you can point to is 3 out of 160 thats pretty sad. AM also said that he will have way less yearlings this year than last...wonder why? Could it be that suckers are getting wise to his scheme?

a little sarcasm, you said not one made money this year ZERO in caps - I suspect that there are more than zero you stated; two alone who raced today have, especially after today and I am sure there are more - certainly not enough and maybe way less yearlings this time around - but based on the last sale there were quite a few they bought?  I would remind you that the buyer choses whether they want a share in a horse or not; I am sure some have had positive returns as they chose correctly- so perhaps they are the ones coming back??
