WTF. Amazing to me how haters continue to try to dig up dirt.
1) A horse can suddenly drop dead-from a host of reasons-none of which will or
may be obvious on preliminary autopsy. eg heart block-drops dead-only evidence will be found examining the heart tissue. Same with a stroke-need to open the brain-and examine it for damage-easily seen.Toxicology-need to take blood sample-some medications can cause sudden death.
2) Claim of Gural somehow being painted as a silent owner and hiding the truth-its the exact opposite.
Called the Unbiased Chain of Custody: When the Meadowlands racetrack or commission funds the exam, they act as the direct client for the state laboratory. This ensures the horse's owner or trainer cannot influence what tests are run, how the results are handled, or suppress the final toxicology report if foul play or a banned substance is suspected.
Lets not mess up a story, with the truth
