What an awful bill. Hawthorne had its chance. Any bill giving one entity an advantage is garbage. I assume payoffs. Do away with the Hawthorne monopoly.

I'm hoping Lucpark can put together a group of wealthy owners to lease Hawthorne from the State and show the world that smart, honest people can operate a successful track.
