You aren't going to believe what they did to the person who sent this to me. Let's just say they are no longer welcome on the property. And I mean the entire property not just the barns. Casino too. Just doubling down on being the scumbags they are. I'll have someone go check the horse tomorrow, they pissed A LOT of people off who race there on this one. As for Mr. Faraldo, his phone will be ringing this week and he will have plenty of explaining to do. Remember, most of these "offices" aren't open on weekends. Those other organizations who are on the story always do their homework before going public. The text messages are BRUTAL.

Apparently you haven't paid attention to who some of the people I've become acquainted with over the past few years. Google Kathy Guillermo of PETA, will you also need me to post our communications regarding this horse? Or the 60 or so other animal activist/rights organizations, commissions, USTA execs, politicians, news media outlets and individuals I've texted or emailed? And their responses? Also, Kathy was one of the first three people I called when the Finish Line thing happened, her and Marc Paulhus of PETA helped A LOT in putting the pressure on to have an investigation started by the NYS Police. It's amazing how everyone seems to have the answers and knows what to do, yet does nothing themselves. So again, don't worry. I got it.

THIS JUST IN: Well I've known all weekend. If any of you see Joe Faraldo, know him or even want to call and ask him. The whistleblower on this horse Alaric only told him about what was happening. Yet a couple days ago this person was legally trespassed by MGM Empire City from the entire facility. That means barns, parking lots, bus stops, racino, you name it. Now why is that Joe??? I didn't let on until I made sure everyone who needed to be contacted regarding this sickening string of events all be notified. So MGM itself is aware of this and banished the person who is advocating for this animal? NYS Gaming will not be pleased....
A simple FOIA request will reveal who made the complaint for trespass.

That is quite ridiculous of whomever, to do that to someone looking out for the horses well being. I wish I could say that I am surprised, but sadly I am not.

A good samaritan who witnessed a Standardbred he has been seeing living in terrible condtions at Yonkers Raceway "Alaric - 3F596" for what he says has been years on May 15th 2025 reached out to Joseph Faraldo SOANY President/USTA Executive for help regarding this animal. On May 16th some of the responses from Mr. Faraldo were "Do not touch that horse. I am addressing it. I have an idea who owns that horse and I am reaching out. That is not your property and you will get in trouble. Pleas back off for your own damn good". Also, "The horse will be getting help". The horse is in Barn B1, Stall 5. There has also been concern by others including the marshall whose horses are in the same barn as to the welfare of this animal. According to all this horse has been stabled there for in their own words "years". First of all how is it even possible? I am including some pictures to help you understand the severity of the conditions and the animal. Note where his water bucket is kept outside his stall and found empty each day. The stall floor is heaved and disgusting with pools of urine. The horses hooves have not been trimmed in who knows how long. His tail is rubbed off most likely from not having been dewormed in some time. And he never leaves the stall. This is nothing short of animal cruelty, abuse and neglect. And it's obvious the head of the SOANY as well as an Executive of the USTA couldn't care less. If nothing else he is supporting and condoning this activity by admonishing the person who is seeking help for the animal. So far I have screenshots of the text communications sent to me by the gentleman concerned about the animal from Mr. Faraldo to support the quotes by him. Three months have passed and I am certain more will if nothing is done. Is this what 60 million a year in VLT subsidy is funding? And will ANYONE be held accountable? Absolute disgusting behavior.
