I understand but most of those invoices are written in code and any defense lawyer will have a good go at them. Commissions might be reticent to charge based on those invoices alone. If there are wire taps similar to Gillis' then that's another story but based on coded invoices and some testimony by a convicted felon, I have my doubts whether the local or state commissions will press charges. I'm sure you can speak to any more wire taps.
