Lets get back to the homeless. Years ago Illinois and I assume other states did same thin. Cost cuttin and threw out slow mentally challenged individuals that really needed a place to stay. They not fit into state's budgets anymore. So they were all turned out into the street. In ELGIN,ILLINOIS was a large mental facilty,where all these poor folks were tossed out of. They used to congregate in downtown ELGIN all night long on park benches. There was a place called the ELGIN NEWS AGENCY which opened every morning at 6AM. Used to go there to get the racin form as everyone else had quit selling it in my neck of woods. The guy who owned the joint would give a large free coffee and doughnut every morning to the less fortunate. For 5 years straight every CHRISTMAS EVE morning at 6AM I would be there handin out to those in need,warm winter jackets,scarfs,mittens,hooded sweat shirts,and warm winter gloves. Paid for by one,JOHN FRANK ARMY. Also gave each person a $10.00 bill. Now I'm seeing more and more homeless in CARPENTERSVILLE. It's a sad situation that unfortunatly happening all over. Most times they come up and ask if you can spare. Dependin on situation,I will give a 5 or if they really look deplorable a 10. And I hardly RICH, more so on poor side. But I gots just me and don't really needs alot or givin away in a will. So I out early this mornin. Hits the gas station at 2AM. Lyin next to door kinda covered up is someone in fetal position on plastic blue milk crates attempting to sleep. Hardly covered in anything. Went back home. Went into closet and got out a insulated 3/4 length winter jacket,insulated winter gloves,heavy duty brand new hooded sweatshirt and stocking cap. Put the cap and gloves in jacket and laid it and sweatshirt over the top of him. It was a him because the station clerk told me so. Lets get back to you MAGA FUCS and your BUTT LOVER. Gots to love DRAFT DODGER the last 6 weeks. My beautiful wife,MELANIA is #1 on best seller list. Her book is sensational. OH he correct as usual. It has sold 67,000 hardcovers. MICHELLE OBAMA sold 700,000. IN MELANIA'S book did she mention HOMELESS. DRAFT DODGIN FAT SLOP and his family would not spend a penny to help the poor. JR. spends all his money too support METH LABS thru-out USA. I'll leave out BONNIE,sorry BRONY,althoug I hear he a arrogant POS in high school. Wonder who gonna take his tests for him in college. And to the rest of you IGNORANT,CHEAP,MAGA FUCS. WE so happy DONALD,the DRAFT DODGIN FUC is gonna make us so much more money. Sure he will you MORONIC UNEDUCATED FUCS.
