He'll borrow your vehicle and come back hour(s) later with some bullshit excuse! He gets to the barn in the afternoon for a reason because everybody else is home before they feed dinner so he can steal feed. I've seen his horses stay in the stall for a week straight and then he comes in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon during the dog days of summer and jogs the shit out of them. He's a pathological liar and a thief.
