I never understood why Dave Yarock didn't press charges against Ford and RWS for "beating him up." I'd like to know how physical the altercation actually got.

BECAUSE THAT INCIDENT WASNT ANYTHING MORE THAN A SHOUTING MATCH AND AT BEST, VERBAL ASSAULT ON BOTH SIDES. I WAS THERE THAT NIGHT AND I'M TELLING YOU IT IS TOTAL BULLSHIT HOW SCM HAS BEEN SPINNING THAT STORY TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO BITE. I'M NO MARK FORD FAN BUT THAT STORY HE KEELS TELLING IS BULLSHIT.

EXACTLY! ALL IT ENDED UP BEING THAT NIGHT WAS A SHOUTING MATCH AND YELLING AND CURSING AT EACH OTHER. THINK ABOUT THIS. SCM HAS YARROCK BY THE NUTS BECAUSE YARROCK WASNT TALKING TO HIM FOR A FEW MONTHS AND HE HAS SCM DOING ALL OF HIS DIRTY WORK. SCM EVEN TALKED YARROCK INTO FILING A POLICE REPORT BUT HE DOESNT TALK ABOUT THAT BECAUSE THE COPS TOLD HIM OUTRIGHT, THERE IS NO CRIME HERE. ITS A CIVIL MATTER GO AHEAD AND SUE EACH OTHER.
