Heard bowling alley eyewitness this am
Youth league night at alley. 

Guy says turned around and saw the shooter start blasting..he ran down a lane, slid thru the pins (did he get strike..dont know), climbed up into pinsetter gear and waited 10 mins til cops came.

Knowing something about the law and mental health through family members, let me say this. When a person self admits to a hospital psyche ward looking for help and they are kept for 2 WEEKS, they are usually VERY sick.

Generally the routine is max at 72 hours. You get fluids, rest, counseling and some meds and back out you go.

2 weeks is unusual for a self commit. This dude had some real issues. Horrific he ultimately chose to deal with them this way.

Hug the people that matter a bit longer each day and pray.

The old Lewiston Raceway site, owned by Charlie Day of Falcon Seelster days.  Mollison Way is named after Alan Mollison, minor owner of Lewiston many years ago.  Tough old Scotsman, Day be gone many years.  It was a happening place until the early eighties.  Crazy people everywhere, old mill town takes another hit.
