There would be no recision of the sentence. The only reason he would not have reported is that they are still utilizing him as a witness.

I asked the same question about him reporting last week to an editor of a magazine that has been covering this since day 1and was told that he has filed an appeal of his sentence! He will remain out, under current conditions until this appeal is heard and ruled upon.

Well if the appellate court denies his appeal he goes straight to serve his sentence. Do not pass GO, do not collect $200.00, GO Directly to Jail.
